Where Do I Stand?

I tried to make this post on Facebook but it didn't feel right. It didn't feel wise to make it in one social media platform when I share my world with everyone around me. 

The reason I really wanted to step away is because being in the spotlight is too much and all the backlash but it's not the real reason. It's the reason of trying to be a Mary Kay Consultant though truth be known it's been almost a month and nothing has happened. I will also be honest on another thing I hate annoying people. I hate begging and pleading for someone to buy something. 

Am I business savvy? Oh yeah, I have the minds and means too but it doesn't mean I want to be up peoples asses just to make some money. 

You know what job/career is easier being an Indie Author. It's the dream of telling stories, it's the dream of having those readers grab your books, and it's the real one's that show up. I make more being an Author than doing anything else. Even though it's only in pennies, it's more than looking at myself as a failure because I didn't try hard enough. 

Will I be able to hold out until 2027 for more books? If anyone knows me...truly knows me. Who are we kidding? My best friends like Ashley, Cassandra, Hayden, Amber, Larry, Akay, Jay Jay, Will, and many others are probably laughing at me. Because everyone knows this is the best career and success I've had. The reviews are cruel, bitter, and truly heartless at times but you know what? I still love it. I still having books in my hands. 

Let me say this: Look into my eyes (theoretically) and tell me do you see me not Publishing? Do you see me standing in the background not releasing stories for another 10 months? I can write books. I can sit here and write, write, write until my arthritis kicks my ass.

3 out of the 6 will be Published on Amazon. That is all I got to say. All books will be on AO3. Some will end up on Wattpad, Inkitt, GetInkspired, aJoara, and WeInk.
