Donating To St. Jude

Image
Wow! $88 donated so far to St. Jude via this charity anthology. We authors are super excited about this as we chose the organization because we all have kiddos in our lives we care deeply about. Until December, all royalties from this anthology are being donated to St. Jude to help families avoid medical bills. When a kid is going through something as stressful as hospitalization the last thing parents need to do is worry about how they're going to pay for treatments. This snowball-packed anthology will ring all your bells this merry season. So snuggle up, buttercup! Grab your hot chocolate, a fuzzy blankie, and sidle up in front of a toasty fire. Prepare for all the drama the holidays can bring as these unique characters attempt to come home for Christmas. Fa-la-la-fall in love with this holly jolly book! Featuring stories from: W.A. Ashes, Carol Cassada, AnnaMarie Gardner, K.D. Hilt, Cassandra Jones, Amber M. Kestner, C.A. King, Megan Kuykendall, B.G. Loree, Bethany Loughlin-Fros...

Author Update: Not Writing, More Reading

Image
Interesting name for a blog, I get it. I do. As an Author, I try to be unique but doesn't always pan out that way. It isn't that I'm not writing, I am and have been off and on since January. I got She's My Kind Of Country 2 in the works along with Fame & Prayer Book 2 for Sacred Heart Series because readers have slowly caught onto Arianna and Kassidy's story. My most popular book is When They Kissed, no the ratings aren't that great and haven't had any reviews though that don't matter in my opinion. I have stories going, I have ideas flowing like no tomorrow. But for some odd reason I have taken on reading since I became apart of this readers and authors event with Angelina Kerner. I have taken on the biggest task of supporting my author which I plan on sharing my interview with her in this blog come next month.  Currently, my goal isn't to focus on my career even though I am dying to share new genres of stories with you all. Including a romanc...

Zive Bail and the Cosmic Connection by Riverr Ravenzwood

When I started my journey as an author, my dream was to create worlds with my words where everyone could escape to. I wanted to weave a fantasy life that influenced people, that made them want to invest their time in. Just like we did with the books and fantasies created by the greats of our times. I wanted to reach that pedestal where only a handful have ever climbed - where rings and wands and winter is everyday lingo. I wanted to inspire the world with my stories and inspire, I did. Until I met Rorik. And then, my world didn't remain the only one. Literally. I don't know if it's a dream or a nightmare. Or if this is my new reality. All I know is that you cannot discover new lands without losing sight of the shore. But...what would one have to lose when you're discovering much more than lands? For me, it may just be everything I have ever known - including my identity. https://www.amazon.com/Ziva-Bail-Cosmic-Connection-Saga-ebook/dp/B0BKQS6TLM Grab your copy for Kindl...

Author Update: Considering Changes Of Genre

This may or may not come as a surprise to my family or friends or even fellow close Author Friends. I've been a Lesbian Romance author for 8 years. Well, it seems that I am considering changing genres to maybe Fantasy or something beyond my imagination. See as of lately I have changed my reading taste to Chinese Fantasy, Fantasy Romance, and just Fantasy all together. I still read some Lesbian Romance but I feel it is has come repetitive. Yes, mine are unique to some extent, I just don't outshine like the others. And, it has seem to kind of set me off that I am always expected to read Lesbian Romance. I am by far a lover of most genres. I love reading books, I am a bookworm, I love stories, I love diving into worlds that I never experienced. I have really gotten into Heartstopper Series, Cursed Princess Club Series, and growing beyond what I have read before. I feel the Lesbian Romance Genre itself has become a competition instead of being supportive and helping one another. I ...
