Most know I am a bookworm. I love books. I have been reading since I was 5 or 6 years old. I have favorite books beyond the list imaginable.  I have a memory of my childhood that I want to share. My parents are both readers. My dad is a bookworm, we have always seen dad collect books or even read from Kindle or Tablets. No matter if we went to the Library, Bookstores at Howard's Flea Market, or even knew a friend that sold books, we were there. My favorite place growing up was Howard's Bookstore in the Flea Market. I enjoyed every chance I got to read Ann M. Martin's Babysitter's Club and earning points for each one I read. I wouldn't read much of anything else until I got older.  I don't remember which teacher it was or a memory of it but my dad does. It was either 4th or 5th Grade, so either Mrs. Cornellious or Mrs. Levengood though we had switch teachers for those grades too. Tomorrow is the last day for Students here in my County of where I live. My son Xia is going from 8th Grade to 9th Grade. Yes, I will officially have a High Schooler on my hands. What does that mean otherwise? Well, it means I can read and write in my free time also try to stay active too with my son and hubby. As for my imagination process it all depends, I know I have books that need to be released. Though as always I have no deadline it is just when I get finished.  What am I working on? Fame & Prayer Sacred Heart Series: Book 2, She's My Kind Of Country 2, Butterflies, A Steal of the Heart (Gay and Fantasy Romance), and The Kissel-Kestner Family Cookbook. Also many other side projects. I am not continuing any other Series' besides Sacred Heart since it is my newest addition, everything else is not going to be moved forward.  My writing style has changed so much since the beginning that I can't see myself continuing my older content. All I am doing is moving forward ...

 I know I said I was against using pen names and I probably never would but you know what I think it is time to introduce my newest pen name that I am hoping to introduce for this year... Say hello to Ivy Rosenwood!  What genres will I be writing? I have no idea but I need a break from my real name and to change it up.

W.A. Ashes aka Ashley Mohler made a point the night before about rehashing books on TikTok and how it can be daunting of re-releasing stories, she isn't wrong. So, I have tons of new projects in the works and on the way for Kindle, I did literally just release a new book so hopefully it will gain readers if not, I know my husband, son, and bunch others will appreciate it that have asked for it. 2024 Goal: New Stories! So, all my books will be left alone that are available and new content is coming I have so many stories I need to release anyways. This is going to be one tough blog to write though it needs to be out there since not only do people assume I am okay a good chunk of the time and my stories don't cover everything about me, the only book close to who I am is She's My Kind Of Country. Though that book doesn't deep dive into other issues I have faced in life.  What is mental abuse: Mental abuse is the use of threats, verbal insults, and other more subtle tactics to control a person's way of thinking. This form of abuse is especially disturbing because it is tailored to destroy self-esteem and confidence and undermine a personal sense of reality or competence. Many of my ex-boyfriends would use this tactic with me. Can I recall who? Nope, I have dated/relationships with guys that I couldn't name them because of also the fact I got with as many guys as possible to cover trauma and my identity in the past.
